CN042 is HIOKI’s special high-voltage K-type thermocouple designed for temperature measurement on live high-voltage equipment, solving insulation breakdown and signal interference issues common with ordinary probes.
Double PTFE/FEP layered insulation delivers 1500V rated withstand voltage, fully compatible with 800V EV platforms and 1500V photovoltaic systems. 3m flexible FEP cable resists high temperature and chemical corrosion, Class 1 measurement accuracy guarantees reliable thermal data. Directly plug into LR8450 series data loggers, widely used for motor winding, busbar, battery module and inverter heat-rise testing.
