Original Japan HIOKI ZC2004 Multi-scan Module, 44-Channel 4-Wire Semiconductor Switch Card For ZC2003 Rack, Lithium Cell Internal Resistance & OCV Batch Test

ZC2004 is plug-in multi-channel scanning module designed for ZC2003 rack mainframe to expand battery test capacity. Each card delivers 44 4-wire / 88 2-wire measuring channels, adopting semiconductor non-relay switch for 1.3ms fast switching and zero mechanical wear.

Circuit design suppresses inter-channel measurement error, every channel equipped with independent fuse to avoid short-circuit damage. Max 6 modules fit one ZC2003 rack for 264 4-wire channels; two racks cascaded reach 528 channels total. Cooperates with BT356xA battery testers and CN040 software to realize automatic batch internal resistance & OCV screening on lithium production lines.
