HIOKI CN119 is a fast self-discharge test cabinet for lithium batteries. It replaces traditional 7–24 days standing aging with a 4-hour fast test algorithm, greatly improving production sorting efficiency.
Even with ±2℃ ambient temperature fluctuation, it outputs stable micro-current test data. Channels can be customized up to 132, each fully isolated with short-circuit & overvoltage protection. It supports local touch screen and remote PC monitoring, with dedicated software for automatic cell grading and report export, widely used in cell factories, EV and energy storage labs.
