NEW-CONSENS LUGB sanitary vortex flowmeter works on Karman vortex street principle, specially developed for sanitary production lines. The whole wetted part adopts SS316L stainless steel, matched with quick sanitary clamp connection, easy to disassemble and CIP/SIP cleaning.

This vortex meter accurately measures flow rate of liquid, gas and saturated steam. No moving parts inside the tube, low wear and long service life. Built-in intelligent converter with local LCD display, supports 4-20mA pulse output and RS485 Modbus communication. Integrated temperature & pressure compensation version optional for steam mass flow calculation. IP67 waterproof grade meets strict hygiene standards for food and medical industries.
