WINTERS LE1-3 Piezoresistive Pressure Transmitter

The LE1-3 is the compact accuracy upgrade for OEM panels and utility loops: a piezoresistive silicon sensor isolated by a 316L stainless steel diaphragm, trimmed to +/-0.1% of full scale and housed in a sealed IP65/IP67 body. It fits the same footprint as commodity transmitters but holds its accuracy far longer.

Accuracy Improvement Details

• +/-0.1% FS accuracy with individual temperature compensation across the operating range.
• Laser-trimmed thick film circuit removes the offset and span spreads common on untrimmed low cost sensors.
• 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm shields the silicon sensor from media attack and pressure spikes.
• 2 times full scale overpressure rating prevents the zero shift that follows water hammer events.
• Sealed IP65/IP67 housing keeps humidity out of the electronics, a frequent cause of slow drift.
