The LY50-HT extends the LY50 platform to processes running at up to 400°C. The sensor uses a Hastelloy C-276 diaphragm with a high-temperature ceramic thick-film element and a 100 mm cooling extension, so the electronics stay within their ambient rating. Accuracy is held at ±0.05% of span instead of the ±0.075% typical of the previous high-temperature model.

A heat dissipation calculation sheet is supplied for each order so that the cooling extension length matches your actual process temperature. High-temperature Hastelloy gaskets and welded thermowells are quoted together when required.
