Our engineering team has completed a full performance upgrade of the industrial transmitter platform, covering pressure, differential pressure and temperature transmitter lines. The upgraded series has now completed field validation with customers across the Gulf region, and early feedback from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman has been overwhelmingly positive.
The upgrade focuses on four performance dimensions that matter most in high-temperature, high-humidity and dusty desert environments: measurement stability, long-term drift control, environmental sealing and digital communication reliability.
| Parameter | Previous Generation | Upgraded Series |
|---|---|---|
| Reference accuracy | plus or minus 0.1% of span | plus or minus 0.05% of span |
| Long-term stability | 0.2% URL / 12 months | 0.1% URL / 24 months |
| Operating temperature | -20 to 70 degrees Celsius | -40 to 85 degrees Celsius |
| Ingress protection | IP65 | IP67 with anti-corrosion coating |
| Communication | HART 5 | HART 7, Modbus optional |
| Turndown ratio | 50:1 | 100:1 |
Process plants in the Gulf operate under conditions that punish instruments: ambient temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius in summer, sand-laden air, high salinity near the coast, and continuous 24/7 production schedules where an unplanned shutdown costs far more than the instrument itself.
The upgraded transmitter directly addresses these pain points. Customers running desalination, oil and gas gathering, petrochemical and utility water treatment facilities reported shorter commissioning time, fewer false alarms and stable readings through the summer peak.
During our first trial batch, the plant maintenance team reported zero drift-related calibration call-outs across a full quarter, which is a clear improvement over the previous instruments on the same line.
To serve regional demand, we maintain ready stock of the most requested pressure ranges and process connections, which shortens standard lead time to 7 to 15 days. Custom configurations, including special wetted materials, diaphragm seals, manifolds and local language nameplates, are available on request.
Our technical team provides remote commissioning support, HART configuration files, calibration certificates and third-party inspection coordination, so projects can move from purchase order to start-up without delays.
The upgraded transmitter series is available for quotation now. Distributors and project contractors in the Middle East are invited to contact our sales team for sample evaluation units, datasheets and distributor terms.
