Application scenario: Biogas purification
In recent gas purification and cooling projects, NISSEN Energy has applied the design of its treatment plant to the biogas purification process, purifying biogas before it enters the upgraded system. Biogas often contains moisture, siloxane, and hydrogen sulfide, which must be removed to protect gas engines, compressors, and membrane technology equipment used to upgrade gas to natural gas quality.
For this application, PR electronics provides ATEX certified transmitters, signal converters, repeaters, and Bluetooth enabled displays to achieve seamless integration with electrical cabinets. All devices can be conveniently configured through a 4512 display screen, and live data display and parameter adjustment can be directly achieved through mobile devices or iPads.

The 9000 series multifunctional devices can easily cover a wide range of on-site signal applications, with a simplified product quantity, reduced spare parts requirements, and more efficient system design.
The electrical cabinet is equipped with a PR 4512 display screen with Bluetooth function, and technicians can directly access device settings, logs, and real-time data using mobile devices or tablets.
Integrated interface, all devices can be centrally configured through the same display screen, providing a unified operating experience and application support for the entire system.
PR 4512 display screen supports easy storage of configuration files and can be centrally saved in the cloud for more efficient management. In this way, configuration files can be called anytime, anywhere, making module replacement more convenient and ensuring that all replacement devices have completely consistent configurations.
