Overview

CT6847A is HIOKI brand-new zero-flux gate-type AC/DC current probe launched for heavy-duty electric vehicle certification tests. It breaks the limit of traditional clamp sensors: maintains portable standard body size while supporting DC 2000A ultra-large DC current and 1400A AC RMS measurement, solving the pain point of large wire harness testing inside electric buses, trucks and construction machinery.

Adopts advanced zero-flux detection technology, ultra-low linearity drift ±20ppm, ultra-high CMRR anti-interference performance, stable capture of inverter transient current waveform under complex electromagnetic environment. Max clampable conductor diameter up to φ50mm fits thick high-voltage cables of 800V heavy EV platforms. Built-in automatic phase correction function eliminates phase shift error during power efficiency testing, fully compliant with global automotive energy consumption certification standards.
