Overview

The HIOKI U8557 Thermistor Module is a fixed plug-in wired multi-channel temperature acquisition module newly launched by HIOKI Japan, specially developed for laboratory bench, rack-mounted fixed thermal testing scenarios of new energy batteries, motors and electronic productsHIOKI....

Different from wireless LR8537, U8557 adopts rear plug-in direct connection design for LR8450 / LR8450-01 host, stable wired transmission without signal loss, suitable for long-term uninterrupted fixed test benches. Each module carries 15 fully isolated test channels, compatible with all mainstream NTC/PTC thermistor sensors; built-in dual temperature conversion algorithms, automatically convert resistance signals to accurate temperature with 0.01°C ultra-high resolution, minimum 50ms full-channel synchronous refresh, perfectly matching BMS real-time data update cycle of electric vehicle batteries. Max 4 U8557 modules can be inserted into one LR8450 host to expand 60 synchronous temperature channels, cooperate with GENNECT Space SF4300 software to realize unified recording, waveform analysis and automatic test report generation.
