Product Overview

NEW-CONSENS LUGB flange integrated temperature & pressure compensation vortex flowmeter adopts Karman vortex street principle. It integrates temperature and pressure sensors on the flanged pipe body as one unit, no extra separate transmitters required.

Standard full SS304 stainless steel flanged tube, optional SS316L upgrade. It automatically compensates density changes of steam/gas in real time to directly output accurate mass flow and standard volume flow. No movable internal parts, low pressure loss and long service life.

Built-in intelligent LCD converter displays flow, temp, pressure simultaneously. Supports 4-20mA, pulse and RS485 Modbus RTU output, IP65 protection, explosion-proof Ex db IIC T6 optional for hazardous industrial workshops.
